The current work is a villa in French – Neoclassical architecture surrounded by garden and green trees. The total area of the land is nearly 1000m2, the area of one-floor construction is 275m2 with a scale of 5 floors. The building will be renovated into an office of the US government’s Peace Program in Vietnam – The organization has been present in most countries around the world, and this will be the first representative office in Vietnam.

How The Project Was Received
Renovating an old building is a huge challenge for us, as many parts of the house have deteriorated. With a very clear title when studying the needs of the investor, the desire to create a very friendly office space, covered by trees, shows the nature and activities of the organization. . The blue and red colors of the logo are used as accents gently, the furniture is also minimalist, towards the needs of use and according to the principle of “Functional Office”.
The retained parts and the renovations are almost mixed, not making too much of a difference.
