The project is located in Kim Bai – Ha Tay, with a total land area of 500m2, construction area of 120m2 on the floor. The work is arranged next to the traditional house used as a house of craftsmen, made entirely from natural wood. With low construction costs but optimized in terms of use, the house is arranged in an L-shaped layout, and is placed in the corner of the land, making room for a large garden space in front. This will be the place where family and clan activities take place.

How The Project Was Received
The building is built on 2 floors with a diagonal roof system, the second floor is cut to make a relaxing garden, combined with green space. The design lines are also strongly expressed through colors and materials, the blocks are separated on a narrow whole. The main entrance hall is clad with brick to create accents, above are drooping trees that make the building softer. Green space is arranged alternately on the ground and facade of the building, the bougainvillea climbing from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor creates a feeling of closeness and familiarity. At night, the building is adorned with a system of downlights and tree lights, creating a change in shadows that make the building more attractive. This is a small project but makes a difference in design in the area.
