How The Project Was Received

Nestled along the coastal inlet of Cu Lao Mai Nha – one of Phu Yen’s hidden emerald gems – this homestay is where you can let go of all worries and return to nature, embraced by the gentle sound of waves and the slow rhythm of a seaside fishing village.

Spanning 2,500 m², TTS+ has designed a rustic yet refined retreat space, featuring:

🌺 3 bungalows tucked among greenery and water
🍴 A restaurant serving local cuisine
🌳 And uniquely themed gardens: a sand garden, water garden, agricultural garden, and more

With the concept “Footprints on the Sand,” every corner is thoughtfully crafted to blend seamlessly with nature – no over-concreting, no disruption of the landscape, just gentle architectural touches harmoniously integrated into the existing ecosystem.
