Nakim house project is located in Hai Chau district – Da Nang, with a total floor area of 550m2. The design style follows the modern Neoclassical style, simplifying the contours of the facade and the interior of the building. The project has been completed and handed over by the end of 2020.

How The Project Was Received
Neoclassical style is always one of the top choices because it is trendy, never out of fashion, but “refreshing” this style is always a process of meticulous research and refinement.
The proposed design is to cut a part of the construction area for the front yard, in order to create a view for the building and the trees in front of the house. The interior is designed uniformly to create luxury and sophistication. Furniture is also very carefully selected. Our goal is always to put the finished product first – the finished product will be more beautiful, more real and shimmering, with more emotion than a 3D design.
The staircase space is also designed in a new and creative way, combined with the atrium space to create an airy feeling inside the house. The floor hall and wide corridor are also a huge plus for the house. All spaces are used to the maximum extent for functions, making the owner extremely satisfied.
