The current status of the work is a 6-storey building with an area of 1200m2 of total floor space. Of which half is existing construction, half is newly built and expanded land. The use purpose of the building is a shop combined with a house. From the 1st to the 4th floor will be a store displaying and selling products related to mother and baby, the 5th and 6th floors will be the living space. The goal of the project is to create a uniform space, make the most of the facade to display products, as well as make use of natural light and ventilation for the living space. Create a livable and comfortable space.

How The Project Was Received
With a modern and youthful design language. The space for the store is used to the fullest extent, all corners are arranged with shelves. Traffic is arranged coherently, creating a sense of convenience for the shopping experience as well as the arrangement of goods. Vertical traffic is arranged to the end of the house to optimize the area, as well as create privacy for the block above.
The space is in a modern and luxurious style. The living room, bedroom and working space are arranged on a whole floor, separate from the kitchen space and outdoor terrace. The open space of the kitchen connects to the green space on the terrace, creating a feeling of relaxation and spaciousness. This will be the ideal place for family relaxation and a meeting place for friends, very private but also extremely comfortable.
