The Pearl Riverside residential area has been created with a modern design style bearing the hallmarks of the island nation of Singapore, while still being suitable for Vietnamese culture. With a scale of more than 250 villas and townhouses. Design proposals are given to create a unified whole, blurring the boundaries between adjacent houses, and bringing as many trees as possible inside and outside the building.
